Join us for a morning of joyful movement at Western Racquet & Fitness! This energizing event brings together a roster of all-star fitness and wellness instructors, including Fox River’s lululemon ambassadors for a morning of movement, creativity, and community connection. Enjoy a variety of classes and playful games designed to get you moving in fun, unexpected ways. Whether you’re coming solo or with family, this day is all about inspiring joy through movement and celebrating what our bodies can do together.

Step onto your yoga mat and flow with Ana! This uplifting, all-levels class blends movement and breath in a playful, feel-good sequence designed to energize your body and calm your mind. Move through creative flows, build strength, and stretch it out, all while finding your rhythm and reconnecting with yourself. Expect good vibes, an empowering playlist, and options to modify or challenge yourself as you need. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

A mix of foam rolling, static stretching, dynamic stretching, active stretching, and some assisted stretching, taught by certified personal trainer, Katie Fichtenbauer.

Join for a class that is entirely bodyweight and inspired by animal-based movements. This class focuses on bodily control as you 'flow' from one animal-inspired movement to another.

This deeply nourishing class combines gentle restorative yoga with calming sound healing elements like crystal bowls, chimes, and soft percussion. Ideal for all levels seeking rest, recovery, and inner peace.

This full-body workout blends ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Using light weights, resistance bands, and the barre for balance, you’ll sculpt long, lean muscles, improve posture, and build core strength. Set to energizing music, this low-impact, high-reward class is perfect for all fitness levels.
