Endure 24-Hour Fitness Challenge

This event is a 24-hour crucible designed to test your physical and mental fortitude. Inspired by the grueling physical training endured by members of U.S. Special Forces, this event will help you discover your limits—and push past them.

This event is for all Men who are going to play USTA summer tennis. It is open to any ability level. We will mix up teams and play match tiebreakers

Master the Machines
Every first Tuesday of the month at 9:00am & 5:00pm
Don’t let the gym equipment intimidate you! Meet with one of our personal trainers for a free Master the Machines fitness floor and equipment orientation.
• Receive a guided tour of the workout floor and learn how each machine is used
• Learn proper technique and body placement
• Learn about the different outputs and programs on cardio equipment
No registration required! Meet at the Personal Training desk.
Junior Certification
Get your tween or teen certified to be out on the gym floor without supervision with the Western Junior Certification Program. This 4-week course will help kids ages 10-16 learn proper gym etiquette and safe form on gym equipment.
After completion of the program, kids will receive a Western Junior badge, which will allow them access to the gym floor, including cardio, machines, stretching, and use of the multipurpose room, without a parent present.
$199/child | Four 90-minute sessions
