Brandon Arndt is a dedicated Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer at Western Racquet and Fitness, where he leverages available resources to continually expand his knowledge of the human body. Since 2017, Brandon has been passionately training clients ranging from 14 years old to 93, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to fitness across all age groups.

With 8 years of experience in personal training, Brandon has worked extensively with clients predominantly aged between 45 and 65. His expertise as a Corrective Exercise Specialist has become a cornerstone of his role as PT Ambassador, helping clients overcome pain, imbalances, and movement limitations so they can train safely and effectively. He also holds a Bodybuilding & Physique Specialist certification, reflecting his personal and professional passion for strength and aesthetic development.

Brandon’s own fitness journey began as a scrawny 130-pound teenager inspired by icons like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Over the past 20 years, he has transformed his physique, gaining over 50 pounds of muscle through dedicated strength training and bodybuilding. Beyond his client-focused work, Brandon has also mentored other trainers and managed a Personal Training studio, contributing to the growth and development of his peers in the fitness industry.

Known for his no-nonsense coaching style and dry sense of humor, Brandon doesn’t focus on “motivation” but rather on helping people build dedication and consistency. He is passionate about guiding clients to achieve their goals - whether that means moving pain-free, building strength, or pursuing their best physique.
