Michael is a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist at Western Racquet & Fitness Club who works with adults of all abilities to improve strength, movement quality, and overall well-being. His approach emphasizes joint health, posture, and practical strength as foundations for feeling capable and confident in daily life.

Michael has a growing focus on functional aging - helping clients stay resilient and independent as their bodies change - while continuing to work with a wide range of fitness levels and goals. Outside the gym, he spends time endurance hiking and luxuriating in the infinite beauty of the natural world. He views exercise as a powerful practice that not only supports physical health, but also psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. His coaching style is calm, deliberate, and individualized, with a focus on helping clients achieve their goals.
