Meganβs journey into personal training began with a strong passion for dance. She spent years developing the strength, mobility, and endurance needed to support her dancing. Through this experience, she gained an understanding of how the body moves and performs, which naturally led her to work one-on-one with dancers, helping them enhance their strength, flexibility, and technique.
As her passion for movement continued to grow, Megan expanded her training to work with people of all ages and experience levels in the gym. She also teaches some of the barre and pilates classes at Western Racquet, which she really loves. Today, her training approach is centered on empowering others to feel confident and capable.
