Josh Joski

NASM Personal Trainer

Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. The origins of his story started in his childhood when he struggled with being treated differently due to his weight. Experiencing the harsh truths of this reality early on in life illuminated a path towards developing a passion for fitness. His own experience with a transformation in health and vitality was all the proof he needed to instill a belief that this journey is the most healing and energizing gift you can give yourself. Josh’s main goal is to share this gift with others.

He enjoyed being active and playing sports all throughout his life, but had the deepest fixation on football. This inspired him to learn the ins and outs of weightlifting early on in his teenage years, which sparked a lifetime habit of attending the gym and learning about fitness. After spending his 20s in the corporate world, he decided to shift careers to his true passion for teaching, mentoring, and encouraging others on their own path towards healing.

He lives each day with an unending curiosity about the human body and shares his knowledge of our rich inner worlds. He maintains a deep belief in every individual’s ability to experience an extraordinary transformation and emphasizes falling in love with the journey and not always the result. Josh loves to instill a focus on unlocking the capabilities of our mind-body connection and reprogramming our perception of fitness as it pertains to the influences of our lives. His goal is to help everyone build strength, regain functionality, and feel more confident, energized, and alive.

In his spare time, Josh is constantly changing what he likes to do, but tends to always enjoy seeing live music, stacking half-read books, walking in nature, watching movies, and asking questions about anything and everything. As he pursues his lifelong passion for promoting wellbeing, he’s eager to inspire others and help them become the best versions of themselves.
